To improve the quality of life in the Inland Empire through intentional partnerships that help our communities become places where families can live in safety, prosperity, and harmony; places where the American dream of self-sufficiency can grow and flourish.

IERC's Commitment to Rebuilding the American Dream
IERC believes that housing education and housing counseling programs are extremely beneficial to help address the challenges of post-foreclosure and eviction stress disorder. According to the Attorney General's Office, studies show that homeowners are 60 percent more likely to avoid foreclosure, secure loan modifications, and lower monthly payments with the partnership of housing counseling tailored for each individual client.

IERC believes that the potential to use a variety of programs to help consumers overcome the psychological hurdle of buying a new home or avoiding eviction is a vital piece to sustainably increasing affordable homeownership and rental opportunities nationwide. Due to the current unprecedented times, we are committed to guiding you through various resources that will propel you toward self-sufficiency in all areas of your life.
